Q: What do we do to get a new user setup on the network?
A: First ensure the new user has an AKO account. Send an encrypted email to Jodi Carter requesting network access for the new user. Have the new user complete the IA Training located at https://ia.gordon.army.mil/dodiaa and sign an AUP form located at https://cac.tkeportal.army.mil/sites/SGS/ISD/default.aspx. Email the certificate and AUP to CG ISO and complete the new user form.

Q: Who do I call if my phone is not working?
A: Send an email or call the ISD at X2964 to report issues with your phones. Based on the problem a ticket will be routed to the correct people to correct the issue.

Q: How do I connect to Ft Monroe’s network while I’m traveling with my laptop?
