Purpose: Provide staff and contracted personnel with training guidance and information required to assist and support the Initial Entry Training (IET) mission.
Phase Scope: The IET Installation Staff and Contractors Training Course (ISCTC) is designed to provide personnel who, in the execution of their duties, come into daily or frequent contact with IET Soldiers. Civilian personnel and/or contractors assigned to perform work at an IET installation will attend the ISCTC to become familiar with and learn TRADOC IET rules and regulations.
Phase Prerequisites: In accordance with Training and Doctrine Command Regulation 350-6, Appendix B: All installation staff, medical and dental personnel, Clothing Initial Issue Point/Central Issue Facility employees, DFAC employees, bus drivers, drug and alcohol representatives and contract personnel who, in the execution of their duties, come into daily or frequent contact with IET Soldiers. Active duty IET personnel should attend training prior to assuming IET duties or, no later than thirty (30) days after assuming their IET duties.
