Deputy Commanding General

Advise and assist the Commanding General, and TRADOC on all matters relating
to doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, personnel
and facilities (DOTMLPF) impacting the training and readiness
of Reserve Component (RC) Soldiers. Coordinates directly with the Director,
ARNG (DARNG) on issues that impact ARNG readiness. Champions
TRADOC programs and future initiatives through existing senior level
forums.
Chief of Staff
Office of the DCG Army National Guard
- Principal advisor on ARNG issues to the TRADOC DCG/CoS. Ensures the DOTMLPF
plans and programs are fully coordinated and vetted with the ARNG. Coordinates with TRADOC command and staff
elements to ensure the ARNG supports best business practices that contribute directly to Warfighting and core
competencies. Responsible for Total Force Integration within TRADOC to ensure initiative support are achievable
by the Reserve Components.
