Vision

A responsive, proactive organization fully engaged in all aspects of logistical operations providing world-class support while fostering innovation and a strategic approach to 21st century requirements. To create an environment where the Army and Joint Forces trust logistics and to view the system as seamless and fully integrated.

1. While providing logistical support to the institutional training base with state-of-the-art technologies and best business practices.

2. While ensuring we stay focused on the Army's, TRADOC's, and DCS, G-1/4's priorities.

3. While maintaining a healthy work environment, promoting professionalism and personal development aimed towards meeting the challenges of today and tomorrow.

Goals

• Develop a motivated, trained, and productive logistics workforce; and be a competent, efficient, responsive and customer-focused organization.

• Ensure TRADOC Soldiers have the proper equipment to perform their mission.

• Leverage technology and automation systems to provide the right information at the right time.

• Assist in the development of TRADOC-AMC Fleet Management Initiative.

• Develop an adequate and consistent funding program ensuring logistics requirements are resourced.
