Reserve Component Training Integration Directorate (RCTID)
Our Mission
Improve Army Reserve Component RC) individual readiness by recommending policies, process, programs and resource allocations at HQ TRADOC, its propoenet schools, the Army National Guard (ARNG) and the United States Army Reserve (USAR) to optimize training execuriton at proponenet and RC schools and courses.
Functions
- Subject matter expert and Reserve Component (RC) advisor to TRADOC DCS G-3/5/7 on RC training matters
- TRADOC lead of One Army School System (OASS)
- Proponent for bi-annual Training Coordination Council Workshops (TCCWs)
- Proponent for Reserve Component General Officer (RCGO) Conference
- Proponent for TRADOC Regulation (TR) 350-18 The Army Schools System (TASS)
- Facilitate Army training requirements into RC TASS in accordance with OASS
- Integrate RC TASS initiatives, policy, and actions within TRADOC and across SA, NGB and USARC (IAW AR 350-1)
- Execute POM actions and manage budget to support RC TASS accreditation
- Adjudicate RC accreditation issues
- Maintain TRADOC TASS Readiness Reporting System
- Coordinate, vertically and horizontally, RC TASS training with HQDA, HQ TRADOC, proponenet schools, ARNG and USARC
