GS-1701 14/15 "Capper" - (AKO Login Required) - Policy addresses a major change to the CP-32 1700 and 301-T series. The principal change is all CP-32 1700 and 301-T series end at the GS-13 level and all 14/15 positions become GS-1701. This policy also addresses the elimination and transition of GS-1701 11 through 13 positions into the appropriate GS-1700 position. All current positions are "grandfathered". Once positions are vacated, career managers are responsible for reviewing and ensuring CP-32 position vacancies are correctly identified.`
