Army surveying Soldiers on protective equipment
FORT BENNING, Ga. (TRADOC News Service, April 5, 2005) – The Army has launched a study on the effectiveness of personal protective equipment.
The U.S. Army Infantry Center at Fort Benning developed a helmet and body-armor survey, and is seeking information and eyewitness accounts on incidents involving PPE.
Input will be used by the Defense Department to improve Soldiers’ protective equipment.
The survey takes five to eight minutes to complete and can be found at http://www.infantry.army.mil/surveys/ppe/ppe.htm.
