The U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Reform Initiative Program is designed to seek feedback from the TRADOC internal and external audience on improving processes and programs in order to gain efficiencies.
The TRADOC Reform Initiative Program also provides a platform for unleashing Army Soldier and Civilian creativity and sharing of innovative ideas for increased cost saving, higher quality processes and even a better quality of life for Army Soldiers.

Upon clicking on the TRADOC Reform Initiative link below, access to the site requires Common Access Card (CAC) credentials. After accessing the program, users will be able to search other submissions, submit new initiatives for consideration, and track the status of submissions.
