Mission

The DCG ARNG serves as ARNG integrator across Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leader Development, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) programs, TRADOC initiatives and the Army’s mission areas. Assists the command in assuring unity of effort between HQDA, National Guard Bureau (NGB), and TRADOC.

Vision

Optimize the interdependent relationship among TRADOC, the ARNG, and the USAR with the goal of complementing each organization’s generating and operating force capabilities. Continually look for ways to leverage unique and innovative resources, expertise, and characteristics of the ARNG.

Principal advisor on ARNG issues to the TRADOC DCG/CoS. Ensures the DOTMLPF plans and programs are fully coordinated and vetted with the ARNG. Coordinates with TRADOC command and staff elements to ensure the ARNG supports best business practices that contribute directly to Warfighting and core competencies. Responsible for Total Force Integration within TRADOC to ensure initiative support are achievable by the Reserve Components.
