Building on the ability to read, analyze, work with, and communicate with data established in DL 101, this course focuses on applying those skills to more complex scenarios and developing a critical mindset towards data-driven decision-making. DL 201 explores advanced data governance principles, data quality assessment, and the ethical considerations surrounding data usage, with a specific focus on understanding and navigating the Defense Data Orchestration Framework (DDOF). Participants will learn how the DDOF impacts data access, standardization, and interoperability within the Department of Defense and how to leverage its principles for more effective data utilization
