The 430th Quartermaster Company, 1st Mission Support Command, U.S. Army Reserve Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, mobilized, installed and started operating shower and laundry units at different dislocated civilians camp, Jan. 14, in response of the strong earthquake and several aftershocks that have rattled residents in Puerto Rico.

The senior noncommissioned officer (NCO) in the United States Armed Forces, Troxell completed five combat tours of duty and most recently served as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader of the United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command, and United States Forces Korea.
